For most of my life, I’ve been drawn to transformation—not the surface-level kind, but the real, deep, sometimes uncomfortable shifts that change how you see yourself and how you show up in the world.

My journey has been anything but linear. I’ve been the high-achieving professional ticking all the boxes while quietly feeling misaligned. I’ve reinvented myself more than once—sometimes by choice, sometimes because life cracked me open. And through it all, I’ve learned that real change doesn’t happen in pieces. We can’t upgrade our mindset without addressing how we carry ourselves. And we can’t change how we look without acknowledging what’s happening beneath the surface.

That’s why I do both.

With over a decade of experience as an ICF credentialed executive coach, certified in the Enneagram, and a preferred PSYCH-K® facilitator, I’ve helped professionals access deeper clarity, shift subconscious beliefs, and create meaningful change. I know the power of inner work—and the freedom that comes from releasing what no longer serves you.

But I also know that for many women, especially those in midlife or transition, there’s a gap between who we are becoming and how we present ourselves to the world. That’s where personal style comes in.

Luna & Lineage is the fusion of all of this—coaching, subconscious transformation, and conscious, elegant style. It’s a reflection of what I believe: that when your inner world and outer presence align, you move through life differently. You speak up. You take up the space you deserve. You lead with more grace and less self-doubt.
