Meet Emily Meinke
Founder of Luna & Lineage | Executive Coach & PSYCH-K® facilitator
I’m Emily Meinke, an ICF-certified executive coach with over 10 years of experience coaching senior executives and professionals across complex, high-expectation environments.
Unlike many coaches who transitioned into coaching from a prior role, coaching is my primary professional work. I’ve partnered closely with C-suite leaders and professionals across every function of a business—product, technology, marketing, operations, sales, and beyond—supporting real decisions, real pressure, and real consequences.
My work combines executive coaching, assessment-based development, and integrative approaches grounded in psychology and neuroscience. I work with thoughtful, driven professionals who want development that actually shows up in how they think, decide, and lead—without turning growth into another performance metric.
