PSYCH-K®— Change at the Core
PSYCH-K® is a simple, powerful process that helps you transform limiting subconscious beliefs—quickly and safely. These beliefs shape how you see yourself, what you believe is possible, and how you respond to stress, success, and change.
Even with strong intentions and personal growth work, many people hit an invisible ceiling. That’s because 95% of our behavior is driven by subconscious programming—not logic or willpower. PSYCH-K® helps you shift those deeper beliefs so you can move forward with more confidence, clarity, and ease.
This process creates rapid, lasting change—without needing to relive the past or analyze every detail. PSYCH-K® helps you communicate directly with the subconscious and rewire the beliefs stored there—so your inner world supports your goals instead of silently resisting them. Think of it as a simple, yet effective way to update the software behind the scenes.
THE LASTING PSYCH-K® CHANGE
PSYCH-K® can stand alone or can be paired with coaching. Many clients use it to:
Release beliefs that keep you stuck—around confidence, worthiness, visibility, or success
Feel more at ease in your body—reducing stress responses and inner tension
Shift patterns that no longer serve you, without needing to relive the past
Respond differently in situations that once triggered you
Step into new opportunities with greater clarity, energy, and self-trust
Experience changes that last because they’re aligned with your subconscious
Instead of relying on motivation, positive thoughts and actions that can take years, we can shift belief patterns in minutes. The result? You’re no longer working against yourself—you’re supported by your own mind and body as you create change.
Rob Williams, originator of PSYCH-K®, shares what PSYCH-K® is, why it matters in today’s world, and how this simple yet powerful process works
Dr. Bruce Lipton, cell biologist, explains how your subconscious shapes 95% of your life and how PSYCH-K® can quickly reprogram limiting beliefs for lasting change.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND PSYCH-K®
Neuroscience now shows the brain is not fixed after childhood but highly adaptable throughout life—a concept called neuroplasticity. This means the patterns, habits, and beliefs that shape how we think and lead can be rewired through focused experience.
Below is an actual brain scan by neuroscientist Dr. Jeff Fannin, showing the effects of a PSYCH-K® balance. Red lines represent dominant brain patterns before the process; blue lines show the changes after all occurring in under five minutes with a trained facilitator.
Red + Blue = Whole Brain State
A whole-brain state means both hemispheres are synchronized, allowing you to face challenges and opportunities with greater ease and clarity.

Because insight alone isn’t always enough to create lasting change. PSYCH-K® goes beyond mindset work by shifting the subconscious beliefs that silently shape your thoughts, choices, and results. It’s fast, gentle, and effective—designed to help you achieve a whole-brain state that helps you align your inner world with the life you want to lead.
If you’re ready to stop overthinking and start experiencing more clarity, confidence, and ease, PSYCH-K® offers a direct path forward.

Item descriptioA balance is the core process in PSYCH-K®—a gentle, guided technique that helps shift limiting beliefs by bringing your subconscious into alignment with what you consciously want.
It works by creating what's known as a whole-brain state: a measurable condition where both hemispheres of your brain—the analytical left and intuitive right—are activated and working together.
Under stress, the brain becomes lateralized—meaning one hemisphere dominates while the other is suppressed. This is your body’s natural survival response, but it limits your ability to respond with creativity, clarity, or calm. It’s like trying to navigate life with half your brain online.
Using EEG brain mapping, neuroscientist Dr. Jeffrey Fannin partnered with PSYCH-K® originator Rob Williams to study this effect. They found that after a PSYCH-K® balance, participants’ brains showed coherent activation across both hemispheres—a hallmark of the whole-brain state.
This matters because the whole-brain state is associated with:
Enhanced problem-solving and mental flexibility
Better emotional regulation and stress recovery
Increased creativity, intuition, and focus
Faster and more stable behavioral change

Yes—while PSYCH-K® is not a clinical or diagnostic tool, its principles are supported by research in neuroscience, epigenetics, and brain integration. The process is designed to create what's called a "Whole-Brain State," which has been shown to support accelerated learning, stress reduction, and belief change.
Cell biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of The Biology of Belief, is one of the most well-known advocates of PSYCH-K® and its impact on subconscious reprogramming. The method also draws from established practices like muscle testing and cognitive psychology to support inner change.

In our work together, PSYCH-K® helps uncover and shift the subconscious beliefs that quietly hold you back from the progress and change you most want. Once those inner blocks are released, our coaching sessions give you the clarity, structure, and support to translate that new alignment into intentional action—so change feels not only possible, but natural.

This varies depending on your goals. Some people experience significant change in just one session, while others choose multiple sessions to work on deeper or multiple issues.
